Tried SO hard to order with the app. The app is terrible and wouldn’t let me submit an order. That’s fine. I order in-store and ask for the $6.99 coupon that the app was promising. The girl with glasses at the register told me they can’t and I’d have to order through the app. When I tried to explain and SHOW the app problems, she got more and more ridiculously angry at me. And kept telling me I was wrong somehow, while she refused to SEE what the app was doing to my order. I find it hard to believe that the store can’t override a price to whatever the app promotes. And if they cannot, that’s a HUGE failure on the part of the store manager and/or the owner.

Learn the hard way if you put in for a mobile order, they do the bare minimum when I asked to have my sandwich toasted. Neither of them were even the meat was cold, but it should’ve had melted cheese and everything. Only problem is that the employee did not care. I was told to email Subway.

Ive been eating the BLT sub for 25 years and never have I ever received it with the bacon cold and looking uncooked. Well, apparently thats how the Camas location makes their BLTS when you order them for pickup.
I also ordered 2 bags of chips, my husband went in to pick up the order and there was o in the sandwiches 8n the bag, he told the gal behind the counter that we're supposed to have chips and she said "yeah, theor in the bag" to.which my husband stated "they're not" and he proceeded to go get the chips himself and the gal again said "they should be inthe bag" and gave husband a look as if he were trying to steal chips.
I always place my order online and pick up within 20 minutes. Staff have always been kind, courteous and efficient. Food quality has always been good and my orders are prepared quickly and correctly. No complaints and I’ll keep coming back.
