  Most minimal of all service. Make sure to bring your box already closed and ready to go or you will have to buy a roll that is barely usable from them despite them having big tape rolls behind the counter that they could use. At least we had already printed the label or that would have been several dollars extra.

  I stopped in Thursday(8/6) to drop a prepaid package off. An employee directed me to use the self scan station, which I did. As I was checking to make sure I had grabbed my receipt and not one of the others that were left there, the same employee, in a very condescending tone, started explaining that that was a receipt and that it was mine, like it was my first day on Earth or something. I just left, hopefully the package gets where it needed to go. I would rather have dropped it off in a drop box without a receipt than to have had to interact with her, and that’s the plan for next time.

  The absolute worst customer service out of any of the UPS stores I've ever been to. They won't give me tape to tape up my package. They want me to buy some which that has never been the case at any of the UPS stores and they won't print out my return label. I bended back to the store three times and each time there's a new issue. I'm going to drive to a different city next time.

  I've been a UPS customer for years and I have to say that the Team at this location is amazing! Always super fast and helpful with suggestions to get resold products to my clients safely and securely. 10/10 recommend 🫶
