  Outstanding service! Aditya, the owner, made our family feel genuinely welcome. Even though it was close to closing time, he served us with a smile, offered fresh food, kindly let our kids use the restroom, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. It's rare to meet someone so humble, caring, and focused on building relationships rather than just serving customers. Thank you, Abhishek, for your exceptional hospitality. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in Burlington!

  Stopped by recently and had a completely different experience than before. The store seems much cleaner and better organized now. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. Definitely feels like there’s new management making a positive difference.

  Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever, refused to make my salad until all the sandwiches were made, including the people not in our group, didn’t break up protein or cheese slabs of meat and cheese over vegetables. Ordered a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch 4 times, pretty sure the employees we higher the the Empire State Building on multiple drugs! Didn’t provide napkins and had to ask several times for a fork. I guess I could have gone all “caveman” on the salad
