  We visited this Subway store on Friday, August 14, 2026. The food was just ok (bread was tough) but we weren't expecting a gourmet meal. My complaint comes when at the register I tapped my card and saw that I had been charged $6.28 tip. At first I thought the amount was the tax, but realized too late it was actually a tip. I was never even offered an option to tip. It was AUTOMATICALLY charged to my card when I tapped it. Unfortunately, the transaction is still in pending status so I will have to wait until tomorrow but I will be disputing this charge. Be very careful when paying by card. They don't even bother asking your permission anymore. That used to be called theft! This was definitely my last trip to Subway Store #12781.

  The dude working there was hella rude! He needs to stop working with those kind of manners. Rude facial expression & complaining, when I was only picking what veggies I want in my sandwhich. Seriously, don’t even try going to work if you’re unhappy. I also noticed he put the tip on my tab himself, what a shame with that kind of service. 👎

  To the guy that is working there is hella rude I don’t need you rolling your eyes when I didn’t hear what you said and saying your words louder being rude. It was my first time there and that was the worst experience that i ever had. This will be the last time I am going there and being ignored as well as soon as I paid. The tip jar was there I always tip people to what I believe that they should be deserved on tipped, but he got zero tips out of me because of this experience

  Horrible service! Walked in to an empty restaurant and the worker never greeted us or even acknowledge us. He just kept doing whatever it he was doing. Then finally about 5 long minutes of standing there another guy came in and they spoke for a few then he out gloves on and helped us. This was the guy who came in from outside and he NEVER washed his hands. He make our sandwiches and then walked out the door again. The other worker still never said 1 words to us. Very strange vibe and disrespectful. We won't be back!

  The worker didn’t do anything for me then an other worker come in and help us 5 mins later and he never washed his hands!!! And there was a bell ringing sounded somewhere and it ringed for like 5 mins
