  Customer service is a Joke . They have no respect for the customers and treat the customers so poorly. The “Assistant Manager” is probably the most unqualified Assistant Manager and extremely unprofessional. Do better FedEx .

  While I only come in once every 2 months, Jason always remembers my name and he's always looking for ways for me to save money on my shipping. Truly a genuinely nice person and very helpful.

  Typically I had good experiences here with the gentlemen that used to help me always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcomed. Today I had the complete opposite experience with a lady I haven't seen before. Must be newer from the last year.. she wasn't even the clerk helping me but decided to interrupt us and micromanage the person helping me telling me my box wasn't allowed and laughed at me when I was confused on why telling me to buy a box from the girl or get one from the wall.. I ignored her rudeness at first and asked what the difference in the wall boxes vs the one the lady sells were and the rude lady over spoke the lady helping me again saying umm the prices are shown on the wall (ignoring her customer she should have been helping) I replied to her and said "is there a reason you're being so rude to me" and she said she wasn't so I informed her she was coming off very rude and I didn't appreciate it. Decided to finally leave after feeling embarrassed for being talked to like that infront of other customers and quite honestly just didn't want to go off on the woman from my anger building up from her rude service. Never experienced anything like that there before. I am a customer not an employee. No need to treat me like I should know the shipping Bible guidelines for every box. Train your staff to smile and have some manners please.
