  Worst customer service ever!!! There was only one other customer and me. There were 2 girl employees; one helping the other customer. I asked the second one for help but seemed bothered when I asked about upgrading my son's and my cell phones. I asked what were my options for upgrade and she just pointed to a stand with phones and said "those" then when I asked for specifics she pointed to the phone. Then she just left without saying anything. Unfortunately there is no options to give minus stars because that employee deserves minus 10

  I have been a client of Cricket for several years. 5 Star customer service has been my personal experience. Adriana has helped me big time the last two times I have visited the Burien store. She GOES the 2nd mile and is so kind. Treats me as if I were family! I will sleep tonight with the important problem solving she helped me with this evening. Thank you Cricket for consistently hiring capable and such nice employees.Thank you Adriana!!💫
