  There are two Subway locations near us—this one and the one by Fred Meyer. Over the years, this has become our preferred location, even though there isn't much difference between the two. One minor issue is that both locations sometimes mark online orders as "Ready for Pickup" before they're actually ready. Also, if you're impatient, the wait can feel a bit long when there's someone ahead of you. It can seem like each sandwich takes five minutes to make, even though that's probably just how it feels while you're waiting. The staff is generally young, and with what seems like a high turnover rate, they're still doing a good job keeping things moving. The restaurant is always clean, and the employees are friendly and seem to be doing their best. Overall, it's a solid location that we keep coming back to.

  Went on Easter Sunday in the afternoon, only one guy behind the counter. Sandwiches took forever and people were leaving. It took longer to get our sandwiches, than a sit down restaraunt. This is management's fault and they need to schedule better.

  I went about 10 yesterday morning, there was a couple in front of me and one girl behind the counter. I watched the girl take the time to add onions to an already wrapped sandwich that the girl ordering forgot to add, the girl ordering said she didn't want to trouble her but the sandwich artist assured her it was no problem. She then made my sandwich and wrap and was very pleasant the whole time. My husband wanted buffalo sauce on his sandwich but she told me they discontinued it, so when I couldn't get a hold of him she just packed a to go sauce container for the two sauces I was debating for him. I found out her name was Jessica, and she seemed to have great customer service.

  Extremely rude girl behind the counter.!!! Weeks later... Ok i thought id give it another try because i LOVE subway... But never again, they are always in the back never paying attention. I rang the bell they have out...no answer. The second time the girl in the back rudely yelled out to me "i said id be right with you!" I turned around and walked out..go to the fred meyer or fairgrounds subway! Skip this place!!
