  Do not ship from this or any other UPS Store - They charge you top dollar for an overnight package with signature required and when they lose the package all they are willing to do is tell you it’s up to UPS and they can’t help - not even a refund on the shipping that was not completed - package showed arriving in the destination city and then disappeared- no accountability from UPS or the store - they even cancelled our return to sender request - with no explanation of what happens if the package is located now - all we were hoping for was some help getting to the right people at UPS and all they could say was, Sorry we can’t do anything - so unacceptable when your one job is to ship packages via UPS!

  I have been coming to this UPS location for years because the staff are consistently courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I appreciate their attention to detail and competence with multiple services (i.e., notary, shipping, returns).
