  Came in at 9:49 on a Sunday and they weren't even open. I can see a a guy in there but he won't look at me. (They open at 9am)

  Placed an order online and they were closed when I got there, 4 hours before they were supposed to be.

  Made customers keep waiting without even asking what they wanted… Asked to wait 5 mins… Then said 5 mins after 5 mins… Then said 5 mins after 10 mins… The reason was that she had to make bread… But the bread was available in the rack… There was only one person available to do everything… The very reason we go to Subway is to save time… Quickly wanted to grab something in between work… Could have gone somewhere else easily… Lesson: Please give some attention to people who are physically right at your store… She simply kept ignoring three people who were right there, doing other jobs in a haste.

  The girl who waited on us was very pleasant… but when we wanted wheat bread she told us all we could get was white. I saw a full shelf of wheat bread but she said it was too hot to use. Ok, fine, but I asked if the one of the three available pieces of white bread, our ONLY choice was fresh and she said yes. Unfortunately when we got the sandwich it was rock hard and very chewy. A six” small sandwich, small drink, and chips came to $14.00 inc tax. I do not feel it was a good value. I usually love a good soft subway sandwich…Because of the stale bread fiasco (and you usually get many choices to choose from!!!) I will not be back.
