  I go to this location multiple times a week. The employees are very nice and helpful. Eric is one of the most understanding and helpful people in any customer service role at any company I have ever dealt with. Megan and William and everyone there go above and beyond to make sure when you leave that you will come back again. Never had any shipping issues or anyone be rude etc. If you are going to ship, go here. It's worth it.

  I’ve been here a few times, it’s been really busy. I didn’t think much of it. I went again and got some help with my passport renewal a with Megan. She was so nice and helped me feel better. I was really stressed out about my situation and she did a fantastic job. I went there the next day and a guy helped me; I don’t recall the name and he was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this Fed Ex They do get but worth the wait.

  Fedex lost my letter and trying to get a refund from fedex is impossible. Eric is a good guy and tried to help me but apparently the store itself cannot help their customers. The customer support online and over phone is horrible. The last person I talked with at Revenue Services was mean and rude and hung up on me when i requested to speak with a manager. If your letters dont get lost then you are good, but if they lose your letter, they turn into a company from hell. I will never use or recommend fedex as long im a breathing. Zero Stars.
