  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the outstanding customer service I received from the FedEx team. We had a last-minute need for a poster board for our family’s funeral service, and I arrived with no advance notice. Laura, Brenna, and Charlynn no immediately stepped in, processed my order, and created a beautiful poster board in such a short amount of time. During an incredibly difficult time for our family, their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant more than they know. I am beyond grateful for their quick service, professionalism, and genuine care. These ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do, and they turned a stressful situation into one with one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend this FedEx location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Thank you, Laura, Brenna, and Charlynn, for going above and beyond—we will never forget your kindness.

  FedEx has really bad customer service. This store is the same as all the others. If your shipping try using UPS

  What you’re doing to your customer is terrible. This automatic voice system is terrible. You need to change it or have people to answer the phone.
