  What you’re doing to your customer is terrible. This automatic voice system is terrible. You need to change it or have people to answer the phone.

  I'm not sure if the big guy "Danny" that works here is the manager, but he definitely should be if not. Him along with all the other employees here have been the friendliest and most helpful of any other shipping office I go to. And I ship out packages 5 days a week for the last 4 years straight. I don't usually write reviews either, but felt it was merited. Thank you Danny, and the other employees for making me feel like my packages are in great hands.
