    Terrible service and lied to me. Will not be back! Considering Blaine is small and you probably get customers from Canada you should do better.

    The girl that just made our sub said we could only get the toppings on the sub that was in the picture or it would cost more. We just wanted some pickles, olives, jalapeños and mustard lol. Since when can't you have the toppings you want? We asked her how much extra and she said, I don't know maybe a dollar or two. She already started making it so we didn't want to just leave. Got home and added the same sub to the mobile app at the same location with the toppings we wanted and it didn't charge us more. Will never be back.

    New ownership has led to a noticeable decline in service. They skimp on toppings and don’t honor most in-app deals. I work nearby and used to come here about once a month, but since the ownership change, the experience has gone downhill. They no longer accept most franchise promotions through the app (aside from the “meal of the day”), and portions have become noticeably smaller. My last visit was especially frustrating. I placed an order through the app using a valid 30% off promotion. When I arrived, they claimed they never received the order, even though the app showed it had gone through (though still “in progress” past the pickup time). They reluctantly made the sandwich but told me I’d have to pay next time I came in if it didn’t process, blaming “ethernet” issues (my previous app orders to this location never had a issues going through). Later, I saw the charge had been processed and then refunded. It seemed likely the order was canceled on their end once they saw I used an in app discount. Wanting to do the right thing, I returned the next day to pay. However, they refused to honor the original 30% discount even after showing them what I was originally charged and refunded on my banking app. They offered 10% instead. I paid, but I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

    I used the app to order. I selected the BOGO coupon and ordered the sandwich. When I picked it up they refused to honor the BOGO coupon. I talked to the manager and they refused to give me the BOGO deal. I will never return.
