  Hate to leave negative feedback but very disappointed with this location. Was picking up a package sent from another UPS, that told me it would be held for a week for free. To my surprise they called me up saying I would be charged to pick up package (claiming UPS stores have different policies as they’re a franchise) When I arrived they tried to charge even more than the fees agreed on the phone. The money isn’t a huge deal but feeling deceived and ripped off is. Also the rate was too much to begin with. I see others have had the same issue with their property being held ransom and feeling it’s shady. Last time I can see myself using UPS services.

  They are helpful and kind here! Even having walked in only moments before they close (sorry) they are willing to help out! I sell stuff online so I come by often and it’s always a great experience.

  This is the best store in town! Today I went in to drop 4 large boxes around 2PM. The young guy wearing a black mask and a hat offered to help me carrying boxes from front of the room to the counter near the back. All staff at this store are kind and show initiatives. Thank you all!
