They don’t answer the phone. Awful customer service. Placed an order on the app, they got the time wrong as immediate pickup when we scheduled it 6 hours later. Called to fix their error and it just rings and rings and goes to a cell phone voicemail. So now the $50 in food we just bought will spoil and they don’t care bc they got my money. What is this world coming to.
Edit-went to pick up the food 2 hrs late bc of their app error, worker could barely speak English and was on his phone, the salad didn’t have cheese that we asked for and no guacamole either that I paid extra for. But for some reason it was doused in olive oil! 🤮 Close these locations down until you find employees who can do their easy, simple job of making sandwiches and salads.

This complaint is about the 3212 D NorthWest Ave, Bellingham, WA location. I placed an order for 3 footlongs at the restaurant. After the subs were prepared, I provided the coupon I had for 3 footlongs for $19.99, which was valid and expiring on April 5, 2025. The server refused to accept the coupon, saying that the owner had instructed him not to accept any coupons. I explained to the server that the app showed your restaurant as a participating location, but he still refused, stating that he could not accept it due to the owner's instructions.
As a result, I had to pay $43.67. I am really frustrated and believe I should receive a refund since your restaurant is listed as a participating location, and the server cannot refuse to accept the coupon. Moreover, the server was rude and said, "It is what it is."
Staff and service are top notch. I'm in here every day before work and always leave happy. Owner really has a passion for the business, and the experience shows that. Thanks guys!
