  They do next day shipping up until 430pm but you must go to FedEx but BHam airport, very empathetic and professional. Today I had to send a Mother's day çard to my stepmom so this is very recent !

  I've only been here twice so far and both times there has been parking close to the door. The staff on both occasions have been very friendly and efficient. I like the fact that it is very close to the Costco so I can pick up or ship my parcels on the way to go shopping. The only downside has bees been some of the horrendous truck drivers that shouldn't clearly be behind the wheel of any vehicle, let alone a truck. One blocked the only exit and decided to reverse all the way and onto the main road. Unbelievable! This is not the FedEx locations fault in any way and I'm certain it happens at every location.

  Into a terrible unsolvable loop on a package that was delivered with no one home and required a signature. You’ve tried to cover everything but you’ve missed some things. I am extremely upset.
