  Прийшла за своїм замовленням чекала 20 хвилин на своє замовлення, поки я чекала було зроблено 15 замовлень іншим водіям яких ще не було, на екрані була поставлена мітка щоб робити замовлення для тих водіїв які чекають але працівники роблять замовлення як їм подобається, через неорганізованих працівників я загубила 20 хвилин свого часу за який мені ніхто не заплатить. На мою думку сервіс дуже поганий порівняно з іншими ресторанами. Приблизно рік тому все було дуже швидко і організовано.

  I regret buying every time, food is bad for the price I'm paying and it takes at least 30 minutes for 6 wings, I don't know why I keep going 😭

  If I could give 0 star I would. Absolutely ridiculous experience at Wingstop Bellevue. I placed my order, paid nearly $50, signed the receipt, and waited as instructed. I stood there for over an hour, repeatedly asking about my order, and was continually told to wait. After all that time, the employee finally asked to see my receipt and told me the payment apparently didn’t go through. They later realized the payment actually DID go through and the issue was on their end. So I stood there for over an hour while nobody properly checked what was happening with my order. I had a hungry child, plans for the day, and ended up wasting over an hour of my time and nearly $50. I left extremely angry and disappointed. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was completely unacceptable.
