  I made a purchase for my birthday and they charged me and then they said that the payment was not completed to pay again so they charged me twice I hope they solve the problem

  It had been a while since my last visit to Tiffany & Co., and I’m so glad I met Julia this time! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was also genuinely kind and such a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be asking for Julia whenever I visit in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, Julia!

  My parents and I worked with the amazing Julia as I picked out my college graduation gift. She was kind and attentive and is well informed about the products. She is very sweet and made my experience extremely pleasant.

  We ordered rings, its been months and we still don't have it. They said the size its been ordered, then they didn't have the size, than they had to special order it, they keep pushing it for already over 3 months. This is insane, charge top dollar for their product and provide BS instead. Very disappointing, I will never buy from this store again

  I came in to get my platinum and diamond engagement ring and some silver jewelry cleaned. I was a little put off by the $25 per item charge on the silver jewelry so I decided to just get my engagement ring cleaned. They told me to come back in two hours. When I did, my ring did not look clean at all: the diamonds looked dull and didn’t sparkle, even under the lights. I said it didn’t look clean and the assistant offered to have it cleaned again. Five minutes later, after the second cleaning, the ring still didn’t look as clean as it normally does after a cleaning. I said I was not happy with the result again and the assistant said nothing. I left, feeling very let down by the Tiffany brand. I then went to Ben Bridge, where they steam cleaned the ring for free in a few minutes and it finally sparkled again. I do not want to go back to the Bellevue store again. It was not the experience I’m used to from Tiffany. It’s a shame that’s the only store in the Seattle area. I will just to go to Ben Bridge the next time I need my ring cleaned.
