  Normally I would never review a chain. It's fastfood and the food and service is roughly the same everywhere. This one I found in need of review as the restrooms felt very unclean. There were spiders actively making webs in two corners. The environment felt awkward overall. I don't think this will change anyone coming in, if one wants a quick sandwich with bread that can't be listed as bread in some countries they'll be coming in. I just hope some changes will be made to make for a more pleasant experience.

  Bad customer experience. They would not honor deals saying that subway corporate haven't forwarded them anything. But also refused to follow up.

  Will not go back to this franchise location ever again - poor customer service, cold subs (ordered hot subs), poor quality foods and they didn't want to give me more than a tiny bit of vegetables on either sub. Do not go there, any of the other locations in downtown Bellevue are far superior, and are worth the extra minute or two to drive to them.
