  I ordered 6” meal which is 4.99 deal. But I didint know about Only a few types were applicable. The employee (he might be owner) didn’t tell me about it!! I paid almost $10 for small 6” sandwich. They even take any other promotions!

  Currently, they are running a $4.99 Sub of the Day promotion, they have a big poster on their window advertising it. I go in and order Black Forest Ham (the Sub of the Day for Friday). I get to the till and I get rung up at $8.69. I point out that I ordered the sub of the day, the employee tells me it's not an option on his computer. I point to the big sign in the window advertising this promotion. He doesn't seem to care, and is in a hurry to get rid of me, I pay and leave. In hindsight I should have declined the sub given this accounts to false advertising. I see that promotion on their window, on the website. I have been a loyal Subway customer for years, this is by far the worst experience I have had. I've never left a Subway feeling literally cheated and lied to. Avoid this location at all costs.

  The guy was in the break room for a long time than came out yelling at my family that he needed another 5 min break and didn't want to attend us. The place was also empty by the way. Bad customer service.
