    This place consistently skimps on materials even/especially when you ask for more. Ordered delivery a couple of days now, many problems with orders and drivers screwing up / never delivering (which is really Door Dashes fault) but Subway's app has no method of reporting or fixing it if you ordered through that. Yesterday I showed up and confronted them about the skimping on materials and asked why my instructions weren't followed (wanted extra ranch but got even less than normal). I was told it was "too expensive". You're absolutely right, a $16 sandwich with less than normal toppings IS too expensive. But lets just say it is, and that it's a problem for the restaurant. 1) That doesn't make it okay to charge for extra, allow a customer to order it, and then short change them what they paid for without telling them, and 2) if it really is too expensive, then be upfront about the price, change it, and let me get what I actually paid for. Today, my sandwich was somehow burned. I didn't even know the subway ovens could do that... Anyway, don't go here. Go to literally any other Subway. Or hell, a different sandwich shop entirely.

    Not at all recommended I had a very frustrating experience due to poor communication from the employee. There was a clear lack of understanding, and the manager’s behavior came across as rude and unprofessional. Overall, the situation was handled poorly, which made the experience extremely unpleasant. This level of service is disappointing.

    Worst experience ever told me you can't use sub points for my order and wasn't ready to listen as well! Didn't take the offer code also

    Came in and specifically asked for the sub of the day. He asked if I wanted a footlong I said sure. Most people reading this already know what that means. So I expected to pay 2x the price of the 6” and surprise they just charged me the regular full price. At this point I decided it wasn’t worth arguing about it and just paid the $16.98 and be done with Subway for at least a couple years. The picture wasn’t meant to make it look bad but that’s what you get for “full” price.
