I had a very poor and unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. I went in at 10 a.m. to get business cards printed, and there were no more than two people in the store. I told them I needed them by 1 p.m., and they assured me it would be fine, but I never got a clear timeline. After waiting with no updates, I asked again, and they said it would take no longer than 40 minutes. I went back to my office, but when I returned at 1 p.m., the cards still weren’t done. They didn’t help at all, no sense of urgency and it was a total waste of my time. This really disrupted my day.
Went in to mail a pre-labelled, pre-paid box. The employee looked at me and said nothing. I set the box on the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. The employee was not busy. He wasn't doing anything. After what seemed an interminable wait, he said "You got a question??!" "No I just want to mail this box" I said. He waived in a general direction and said the scanner's over there. Scan it and mail it. He turned around and walked away.
I have never been there before. I wasn't aware of procedures.
He offered no greeting, no acknowledgement, no assistance.
It's apparent Fed Ex doesn't care about customer service at all.

The staff, -tall dude- was the rudest ever today. He never talked to me and even didn't want to look at me when I just entered the shop and said just kindly hi to him. I can't believe how these people are even employed. Poor fedex...

Terrible😱😱😱 I had to wait 25 min for dropping off the package. The shop and go machine didn't work and all the employees did their own thing. Nobody took care of the packages.
