  They don’t seem to care when the line starts building up. Instead of prioritizing customers, they’ll focus on tasks behind the counter and ignore people waiting to be helped. If FedEx employees want a job where they don’t have to interact with or assist customers, they should work in a warehouse or in the back of a kitchen

  Be careful, employee Tim doesn't verbally disclose charges with customers. He is incredibly argumentative, claiming what we said is not true. If you want the worst customer service, this is your place.

  FedEx employee Tim did not disclose charges with us. When we went in later to talk about the extra charges he added without verballing notifying us, Tim gave us an extremely hard time, he was argumentative claiming he did disclose charges when he absolutely did not. He told me what I was claiming did not happen. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, avoid this location at all cost.

  The guy working there was rude,and disrespectful. Never going there again. Making unnecessary comments on my kids. Below the belt attitude!!
