Two visits, two wasted trips.
Came in for a photo — camera was broken. Came back another day — still broken. Returned again to print a QR code and ship a package, only to be told the QR code had expired and I needed to regenerate it.
For a store this size, it’s frustrating that basic services are constantly unavailable. If you value your time, consider going somewhere else.
I goto to this location 80% of the time since it’s convenient from my work and I would usually rate this a 3 star at best; however, I had such N awesome experience I had to comment.
So normally when I drop off FedEx packages I’m use to being pointed to the self directed check out. I normally like having it checked in with a person, but for at least a couple years I thought it was the norm that I had to use the self directed kiosk.
On Friday 29may2026, I had a more complex fedex transaction that needed explanation. Lidia was the person who helped me. It appeared she was the only staff person and a manager were present since they closed at 8pm. It was pretty busy, but she took the time to service me despite people waiting, explained processes/protocol (especially on creating self directed labels, and even checked the item for me unrequested. I was really shocked, because unlike the previous dozen visits over the last couple years, for the first time I felt being taken care of and had the full service experience.
