  I wanted to leave a review in appreciation of Lidia. She handled 4-7 customers on her own with great professionalism and a smile on her face. I imagine the storefront is chaotic when you see that traffic and I was impressed with how she handled it!

  Highly recommend this FedEx location! We came in with a lot to ship on a Friday evening, right around closing time, and ran into printer issues on top of it. Lydia and Paula could easily have rushed us out the door, but instead they stayed calm and patient, helping us pack everything and get our packages ready to ship without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. Their patience at the end of a long week didn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Lydia and Paula!

  This is by far the worst FedEx location I’ve ever dealt with. I waited in line forever. The employee who first ‘helped’ me had zero idea about basic procedures and offered no real assistance. A manager briefly stepped in and mentioned some steps, which I followed, but then disappeared. After that, a thin, dark-haired employee just stared at me while I was calling out for help and never came over. The lack of training, the indifference, the total disregard for customers is shocking. This place doesn’t just fail at customer service, it makes you never want to use FedEx again.
