Disappointing customer service. I was told to wait in line (quite a long line of people shipping items and returning Amazon items) instead of taking 10 seconds to grab my prepaid print job that was literally sitting on their counter with my name on it. First and last time I will go to Crossroads FedEx. Tukwila and Factoria practice critical thinking in their processing. Quality of print was great, customer service not so much.

This FedEx Center is excellent. I used it for shredding services. The staff was very helpful and efficient.
