  The big guy prepped our sandwiches didn’t change the gloves. Probably never do. His t shirt had dog hair all over. Zero hygiene.

  Ordered my 4 subs online for pick up before I left my house 15 mins away and 30mins+ later and my order is still not finished. This is super ridiculous especially when I got a call before leaving my house asking to change the bread. Super upset and disappointed. And upon finally getting our order they were also out of meatballs, mustard, and onions. I'm super angry I didn't get told that on the phone so I could have cancelled. Terrible customer service. Upon getting home and eating our bread is hard and dry.

  Pure neglect for online orders. Waited 5 minutes outside and another 20 inside and didn’t even get what i ordered. Dont bother placing an online order here.

  There are some other reviews that are the same as mine. I was waiting for a long time when there was someone in the back looking at me. They were wearing old gloves and touching a screen and receipts multiple times while making my order, so I asked him to change the gloves. He ripped the gloves off and didn’t say anything. It took him about 3 minutes to put on new gloves and just didn’t say anything. The service was super slow and he was very short and rude. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was just kinda gross.
