Quality of food was very poor. The order was incorrect on both sandwiches I ordered. Will not order from there again.

Can’t believe they close at 9 PM! That only leaves a guy who worked late a couple options for fast food in this sad little town.

Ordered two Italian Herbs & Cheese Club sandwiches online. Picked them up to find one was made on Multigrain — wrong bread, wrong order.
The manager, Christy, refused to fix it. Her exact words: “That’s what printed on our side.” No apology, no remake, no attempt to make it right. Just blamed the system and shut me down.
That’s not a mistake — that’s a choice to provide awful customer service. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
This location does not honor national promotions or coupons from the mail. Staff is always very friendly but the food for the price is just okay. Very inconsistent with how the sandwiches are prepared and the bread had been hard as a rock more than once. When your paying $15-20 for a meal I would expect better quality control. Its perfect some times and sometimes its really bad. Roll the dice and bring lots of money when you visit this location.

Our company recently placed a catering order with the Subway in Belfair, WA, and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Marlena. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Despite not being assigned to that location, she arrived before the store even opened to make sure our order was ready for our early lunch shift. Not only did she come in early, but she also arranged the entire spread beautifully and with exceptional care.
We couldn’t be more grateful. Subway—Marlena is truly a gem!
