  This UPS store has given me problems several times in the past. The latest occurance was when I wanted to return an item to Amazon which I purchased. I was told online that UPS would supply the exterior packaging and to just bring in the item and proof of purchase from Amazon. The local store (not a member of the B.B.B.) insisted that I purchase an envelope as packaging or they would not return the item for me. The extra and only charge was only $1.98 for an envelope but I had no choice. The UPS Store told me that after the item was retuned to Amazon and they accepted it, I would be reembursed for the shipping/packaging charge. None of this was true. The employee was wrong about the charge forced on me. I now by phone call to the UPS Store in Battle Ground WA have to make an extra trip to the store with proof of purchase and a receipt and then they might reemburse the charge. If possible, do not do business with this UPS Store in Battle Ground, WA on Main St..

  Madison was extremely diligent and so very helpful with my faxing of some important documents. She was smiling and greeted all customers as she was assisting me. This was the Battleground, wa store
