  I like the priority service for picking up packages from my mailbox. I appreciate how the employees know us by name and sight and get the packages for us often without even having to ask.

  The smiles, professionalism and their customer service is simply outstanding! Mariah was the young lady that helped me today. She is the reason for the high scoring of 5 stars. However, the whole staff is outstanding as well.

  One of my favorite mail services. Fairly decent prices. Out of probably over 100 packages I've received they've only ever misplaced one, and they found that and turned it over to me a couple of days later, before I even noticed. I usually get email notifications when packages arrive by end of the same day or in the morning of the next day. The text notifications when I have packages keep stopping, but that's a UPS-wide issue, not specific to this store.
