  Maddy the manager was excellent, she made my sandwich super quick and neat, and answered all my questions promptly. The bread was made really well, soft and fluffy. And the service was very fast i was in and out in under 5 minutes

  I am severly disappointed at the quality of this location, and the efforts of the employees. Who ever made the sandwiches 12:00 PM, June 24th. Recently placed an online order for a footlong Sweet Onion Teriyaki, with olives, cucumber, lettuce, onion, tomato. Cost was approximately 13 dollars. Instead, i got two stale 6" breads, the oven roasted chicken, no sauce, missing olives. Two wilted cucumber slices per sandwich, and minimal onion scraps. The other two sandwiches I ordered for family had similar mistakes, missing ingredients and extremly poor quality. Out of 3, not a single was correct. All of the lettuce was brown,wilted and slimey, same for the cucumber. I don't expect high expectations from the location or company in general, but would like to at least get what I pay for. Location will not answer the phone, and customer services makes it impossible to directly contact the restraunt. As of now, I will not be visiting this location again, as this is a consistent problem. Well worth the short drive across town.

  2nd time in a month I've placed an online order. Showed up 10 min AFTER its supposed to be ready. Says complete in the app. Food hasn't even been started yet. 5 other people in the store with the same issue. Figure it out already.

  Great food and friendly staff! I love how fresh the ingredients always taste, and the customizable options make it easy to get exactly what I want. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying meal!
