  If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Amanda helped me with shipping 5 boxes to my home in TN. She was professional, friendly, helpful and answered my several questions; I left the location feeling confident my needs were taken care of. I’ve visited a number of FedEx shipping locations over the years, and by far, this has been the best experience I’ve received in a very long time. Also, the next day, I called this location to inquire about document shredding services and process of shipping a banjo, and this time Kim helped answer my questions over the phone in a positive, kind, and professional manner… the team at this location is definitely doing customer service the right way! Thank you!!!

  Great experience, super easy and super friendly, I didn’t get the kids name but maybe a late teenager with sandy blonde short hair. Nicest kid ever and amazing customer service, he definitely deserves a fat raise!!

  Small but mighty! Although this FedEx shop is small, they are extremely helpful and patient. Jordan is amazing. He does his best to help you achieve the result of what you need printed. He is quick and great with communication! Don’t under estimate this “in Walmart” FedEx office store.
