  Very disappointing experience, especially with how the situation was handled by the manager Issac. My mom placed an order totaling over $130 for a party. When she got to the party, she realized that three large orders of veggies were missing. She called the store and explained that the food was needed for a party that was about to start and that she was already a significant distance away. Rather than offering a reasonable solution for an error that was made by the restaurant, she was told that the only option was to leave a receipt on file so she could come back another time and pick them up as a store credit. I called the store to speak with the manager because that resolution didn’t make sense given the circumstances. I explained the situation and tried to discuss a reasonable way to make it right. The manager repeatedly talked over me. When I told him, “No, I’m talking,” he chuckled and told me that he could hang up on me—and then did exactly that. Mistakes happen. Items can be forgotten from an order, especially during a busy shift. What matters is how a business handles the mistake afterward. In this case, the response was dismissive, the proposed resolution did not address the immediate problem, and the manager’s attitude toward a customer was completely inappropriate. I have already contacted corporate to report the experience. I hope management takes this seriously, because customers should not have to argue with a manager to receive reasonable customer service when the restaurant is responsible for an incomplete order.

  We went into the wingstop in auburn wa, its a small restaurant not dine in and they only accept cards for payment but the food is excellent! So delicious! We got BBQ and hot honey rub with celery and fries with drinks. Chicken was so juicy! Staff was very friendly! Great place to go!

  Man I never leave reviews . But I had to for this one. The staff here has terrible customer service and are very impolite . How good do they think their wings are ? Very easy to never go back again.

  There food is to salty for me this is the 3rd time trying and its been the same way to salty other then Hawaiian, I dont believe it has anything to do with the staff this is just the wing stop way unfortunately I won't be eating here again
