  I am extremely disappointed with UPS delivery service. My package was returned to the sender even though I was home the entire day waiting for it. No courier came to my door and there was no real delivery attempt. This situation is very upsetting and unacceptable. I trusted UPS to deliver my package properly, especially since I was available all day to receive it. This issue needs to be addressed and resolved immediately. I expect a clear explanation of what happened and a solution so I can receive my package as soon as possible.

  Patrick always helps me with my Amazon returns and he’s always shown awesome customer service! This location is farther away from me, as opposed to going to the auburn location, but because of great customer service, I choose to come to this location. Thanks Patrick! Keep up the good work! :)
