It is a pleasure to go here when the manager, Jeanette is there. She is a hard worker, willing to print / copy old drawings, friendly, courteous. Other Fed Ex stores are not as willing to help. Definitely recommend this store over others. I would give 5 stars, but there are only 2 people working here. With only 2 people working, if a few customers are in the store, u will have to wait. But if u want things done, worth the wait with Jeanette.

Driver doesn't even knock or ring the doorbell. Just leaves a slip.
