This is ridiculous I came to this location because of the reviews I seen on google I said to myself it has a decent rating. I went in with my wife and this is honestly the worst mistake I did. So we had went in to get service I knew what I wanted, me and my wife are simple we just need to call and text but the older gal named Enna helped us well mainly my wife she did the account I understand you guys have to do your work and ask us if we need devices and etc we let the lady explain but at the end we kindly declined the offer, I then realize she got upset with my wife then she said ok come here so we can start the account I gave the lady my ID and my wife ID as well and she said just 1 and took the ID off of my wife hand so rudely, then I told the lady how much is everything going to be and then the lady said “Hold on, Hold on” then afterwards proceeds to repeatedly tap on the tablet and then at the end makes us do a 4 digit code still hasn’t said the price then I had to stop her and tell her excuse me, how much would it be and then said to give her another minute then proceeded to tell me my price we ended up paying around $170 which honestly seemed a lot for what we asked for then I asked her why and she explained because we have to pay service, activation fee, and taxes but the amount did not make sense and I kept telling the lady but she would not listen to me or my wife. My wife unfortunately had enough we needed service so we paid. We got home and I took a look at our receipt and this is ridiculous (I will be coming back to speak to Enna and as well as their higher management) I was charged for insurance something we ABSOLUTELY did not say yes too or even got spoken about and also some charge of $5 of upgrade? Not sure what that was but all we went in asking was for phone service with calls and text messages. This is unacceptable this is basically stealing money from customers! I need this store location looked at, please and thank you.

The service is terrible. I bought a phone and they couldn’t even get the address right even with id. The lady Karina pays no attention and doesn’t serve customers and rather talk on the phone with her husband. Also the lady with glasses is just as bad. They should fire people like that, they should not be in customer service at all. They are very rude

I would not recommend this store at all the help i received was horrible I got different adds on that I didn’t not agree too and when I went back they denied adding everything. Please save yourself the scam AVOID at all!!!

i had ordered a phone there and given the lady Karina my id so she can get my adress and she still puts it in wrong? the phone was supposed to come in 3-4 days it's been a month now. Why? because UPS called them asking for the trailer number but they kept saying it was right!. and when we would call cricket they always said "it will be there tomorrow" but it never came. when i went to the store they had the nerve to get mad at me and cuss at me? the manger is no better. i'm never coming back to this place ever again. the service is terrible and i don't recommend it to anybody.
Extremely rude talking in Spanish mostly can't even understand a single word they're saying then telling me I don't have money in my account because my card is declining you entered in my information wrong multiple times after telling you exactly what my information said the staff is completely incompetent of understanding different IDs an information that is given to them.
