  This location was not helpful. I went there specifically for notarization, but the staff refused to act as a witness and did not clearly explain what they could or couldn’t do. This caused unnecessary delays for an important insurance document. My document required notarization with a witness, and it seemed the staff was either unfamiliar with the process or unwilling to assist properly. Notarized documents only require a separate witness if explicitly stated—if it’s a single-witness document, the notary can serve as the witness. I even brought my own witness, but his signature did not match the name on the document, which caused my paperwork to be rejected by my agent . This led to further delays and confusion, and my documents were not validated at that time. A licensed office across the street handled everything quickly and professionally—they clearly understand notary laws and procedures. If you need reliable notary services, I recommend going to a licensed office instead.

  The UPS store inside the Arlington Safeway is very convenient. Never a long wait in line. Personnel always greet everyone with a smile, are courteous, professional and always ready to help. Highly recommend.

  Although a small store, they are professional, and you do not hear a lot of personal conversations while there are people waiting.
