  Ordered through the app, waited 20 min until the app said it was "ready". Went into pick it up and the worker has not made my order. They had 2 walk-up orders so I'm like "okay maybe they're busy" then he gets 3 more walk ups and still no order. I had to wait an extra 30 min past the time the app said it was ready before he even STARTED to make my order. Meanwhile I have $40 in popsicles, dairy and ice in the car melting in 85° weather. When I FINALLY get my 2 subs the BLT doesn't have any TOMATO- ITS IN THE NAME 😣. I love subway but I'm not coming back to this one

  Terrible customer service when I called to tell them that my order was wrong. Not professional at all. Didn't answer the phone saying "Subway" just "hello" so I was super confused and thought I got the wrong number. Then to top off the already horrid service, I get hung up on after me asking the guy's name (which he never told me) and then getting told it's not their problem since I ordered off doordash... Never ordering or going to this Subway again.
