  I will never be back. Had to pay $15+ for a 50 cent small box on an eBay return that was shipped to me in two separate boxes. Absolutely ridiculous, USPS isn’t even that bad. Employees just laugh at you, “Well, you can just come back with your own box & waste the money in gas & time” No, I’ll just use a different company next time!

  This Fed Ex was extremely helpful. There is a Fed Ex in Shelburne near me that doesn’t give receipts for drop offs, so I drove an extra 15 min to this Fed Ex bc the service is great and I needed a receipt for proof of return. Michael helped me and I needed help with a large bulky item. He was super helpful and pleasant and immediately provided me with a receipt. There are carts available for heavyweight shipping. I noticed another employee who was being helpful and polite to other customers. Plenty of parking, clean interior. Coming to Fed Ex on Marshall Ave added about 35 extra minutes to my drive but the customer service and help I received from Michael was worth it. A++

  The reviews for FedEx office should be five star and these reviews here are not fair as they seem to be reviewing FedEx in general not the FedEx office shipping center, which is very different. I called with a question and was able to get through immediately to Michael who was extremely polite and helpful. When I dropped off my package, Michael took care of the return and again was incredibly helpful and polite. Plenty of parking was in and out very quickly. This is attached to the FedEx logistics facility in all of the negative reviews hre should be for FedEx logistics not for the Office location. This is the only one other than Burlington, which I absolutely do not ever want to go down there for several reasons and it's nice that there is one in Williston and that it's a little off the beaten path away from all the traffic and congestion. I hope that they promote Michael and adjust the reviews because the actual FedEx office location was a great experience.
