    They looked very busy. And UPS driver was also bringing stuff in. The gentleman was helpful. Got everything taken care of. Needed to print a few documents from my email and they made it happen. Thank you!

    $10 for a shipment pickup hold seems like a lot. Then it turns out it is per the box, and my shipment that had apparently been shipped in 6 smaller boxes, so it now costs $60. For a week. No communication about this up front, zero empathy from management. They kindly proposed that they could ship it back to sender for me at $100 - 200 dollars as an alternative to paying the ridiculous service charge.
