I've been coming here for years, it's convenient to ship stuff and for Amazon returns. There was always the ongoing joke of not going to the USPS branch because it's a half hour wait for two people in front of you, and they charge for tape!
Today I was told that tape is expensive! Yes, packing tape that is hundreds of feet per roll is expensive and that I was going to be charged for it but I was allowed one piece for free! (I thought they were joking) I'm not sure if their business isn't doing well, or why they would possibly charge for tape, but it's so trivial. These are the actions you take when you actively try to push people away from your business. Meanwhile there's a line of 10 people behind me, and there's three dispensers of tape right next to the Guy.
I literally told him next time I was in I would bring a roll to them and donate it for the cause.

Usually I love this place! However, on this trip (Wednesday afternoon) it was much busier and messier than normal. I guess the surrounding UPS Store locations closed, and all the people who usually took their business to those locations are all compounded into this store now? The employee who ultimately helped me was a tall man with a mustache. He was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful and kind and efficient and careful not to fold or bend my color print (it was a gift certificate so I really appreciated that!). He deserves 5 stars! If I was rating this review based on the other two employees and the cleanliness, I would have taken away more than one star (other employees made no eye contact with me despite communicating with me, were quite brusque, and the shop was pretty messy when I was there), but I wanted to make sure this review was overall good, since the gentleman who did my printing was so great. Also, The UPS Store should probably give this location more payroll so they can hire to meet the increased demand that has been a result of the other stores closing. This location was swamped, lines, boxes all over the counters, just really drowning. Not their fault and I work retail, I understand the situation. But, please, help this site out and give them some more people. I've never seen it like this before, and the team looked stressed- I don't blame them!

I had a problem making an Amazon return today and I received SO much help from the staff!!!
They took the time )quite a bit of time) to help me get the prepaid label I needed to save me a lot of money. I appreciate their kindness and their time so very much. It is inspiring to get such excellent customer service and I will certainly use their services again and will recommend them!

That was a close call! We arrived at 2:59 PM for a 3 PM closing. Two people entered the store and we were right behind them. The clerk saw us coming, yet closed and locked the door. When we knocked, she turned and drew her fingers across her neck. She had this perverse smile on her face.
