  Just talked with Gabriel today on the phone as a prospective new Cricket customer. The online Cricket website wouldn't let me actually speak with a human without a current Cricket phone number. Gabriel answered all my questions to the fullest. As someone who was in customer service for a long time, it's fun to leave a good review for someone "caught doing good". Well done Gabriel!!!
