  I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a terrible night of sleep due to the room's incredibly loud air conditioning unit. the decibel level in the room stayed at a consistent 58 dB all night. For context, that is equivalent to a loud conversation happening right next to your bed. A standard hotel room should not exceed 40 dB for safe, comfortable sleep. I woke up completely exhausted. If you value a quiet night of rest, I recommend staying elsewhere until management updates their loud, outdated HVAC units.

  La verdad es un buen hotel la estadia fue increible pero mas alla quiero contar que llegue alli porque adelante mi viaje un dia y en donde mi Esposa habia reservado estaba full y por suerte llegamos a Windjammer en donde nos recibio un chico superrrr agradable que nos brindo un trato mas que especial y fue muy muy receptivo nos ayudonen todo y hasta nos dejoʻ saber cuando mi hijo dijo que estabamos por Universidad que el hote daba descuentos por Universidades la verdad que lastima que no tengonel nombre del chico y que al momentonde mi salida no lo vì pero Felicitaciones porque ese es el trato que todo huesped merece; debo resaltar que a toda hora y hasta que se acaban te ofrecen unas cookies muy divinas como parte de la cortesia que los caracteriza

  We stayed here last week and enjoyed. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was nice. Exceeded our expectations. A bit far from downtown, but worth staying here

  Every time I come to Burlington to visit my daughter and need a hotel, I've stayed here. Until this trip, it was great; this time not so much. Upon entering the hotel, there was a sign that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. It said this on the website also and I called ahead, asking if the issue was ongoing. Was told by the man answering the call that the pool had in fact been open for the past week. Yet when we got to the hotel, we were told the pool maintenance just started that day. So which is it, open or under renovation? We get into our room and notice a mustiness in the air that smells of old socks. I had to kill 2-3 bugs on the desk. The ceiling had paint peeling off and water damage from the room above. To top it off, all night long the person above us was walking back and forth ALL NIGHT LONG (we have audio recordings of the noise). When we spoke to the front desk we were told there's nothing they can do, the person is allowed to walk around their room. Yes, they are but not to the detriment of other people staying there. This trip was to celebrate my daughter bringing my grandson into the world and instead, I've had zero sleep and now have to drive five hours home? This is the last time we will be staying here.
