  Jamás volveré a este taller. Después de múltiples citas, mala organización y una actitud completamente indiferente, la experiencia fue terrible de principio a fin. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo la falta de profesionalismo, sino el trato. Hay una clara diferencia en cómo atienden a algunos clientes frente a otros, y en mi caso el ambiente se sintió incómodo, distante y con un terrible olor a racismo. Nunca hubo interés en ayudar, solo indiferencia y falta de respeto. Perdieron no solo a un cliente, sino a dos, por su actitud y la forma en que tratan a las personas. Hay muchos talleres que sí valoran a sus clientes; este definitivamente no es uno de ellos.

  Upon arriving, I was welcomed and the two gentlemen at the counter ( Dana and Travis ) were very courteous and I was informed that they would get my vehicle right in. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I was reminded that I could get a tire rotation because I purchased the tires there ( which they were also able to accommodate right then). I would recommend anyone that appreciates quality service to book an appointment and see for yourself.

  Michelin tire punctured by a shard of glass. Gills Point repaired the puncture in quick fashion. Total time no more than 30 mins…if that!! Excellent tire service for 26 plus years. The charge was minuscule.

  I first went with a noise coming from my car that I could not figure out. After thai assessing it for awhile he found a transmission mount strut worn out and making the same noise under load. Gills ordered part. The day I went back to have it replaced, after awhile thai brought me out to show that he cannot change because he couldn't get one of the bolts out due to space. He really did everything he could without damaging other parts. When I went to pay they only charged me a half hour labor. I thought that was great considering thai had probably over 3 hours into finding and trying to fix the problem. This shop in my opinion is the best I've been to in the last 20 years. I believe anyone can go here and expect to get great service with confidence of their trustworthiness.
