  Incredible customer service! Don’t go to Dorset Street (horrible!!!!); come to Carmichael St and get treated like royalty! Alex is so knowledgeable. I would not trust my international shipping to anyone else! I came from an hour away on purpose to go to this store. I’d give Carmichael St 10 stars if I could!

  I attended a BMW Event in Burlington,VT as a presenter and Official BMW partner. This is an annual event that moves around the USA every year. For the past 20 years I have shipped my presentation material from my home to the event location via UPS. The cost to ship to the location and back home recently has been about $200usd. Except this year! As I gave the UPS Store my material to ship back home, Steve and Alex the The UPS Store employees, informed me of a additional $275usd "large box surcharge" bringing the return shipping to $475usd instead of $200usd. I showed them my shipping invoice for $200 to get the material to the event and told them this is an annual event and no other UPS Store had ever charged me a "large box surcharge." They said nothing they could do about it and all UPS stores are privately owned and this was their policy. I voiced my displeasure, told them my intent to leave a poor review and shipped it with them as I had no other options as it was after hours on a weekend. To make matters worse my "large box" arrived back home damaged and I have to assume that they had something to do with that also. So I highly recommend NEVER using this UPS Store or any other that Rick(the owner) is associated with. I think Rick, Steve and Alex should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers with fabricated supplemental charges and bad service. If I could leave them zero stars I would!
