    Thank you to the assistant manager for helping me with Subway’s complicated app!!! The food was amazing and the restaurant was extremely clean

    Customer service was very poor. I ordered a Ham Salad and as I was getting the items, I made a statement that it was a poor looking salad and the guy making it stated that is the amount that they give; therefore I did not say anything else at the moment. When he started adding my tomatoes and cucumbers, I asked for them to be cut up and he stated that he could not do that as well; fine. He says something rude but under his breath and I asked him what did he say. He stated that I heard him, which I did not. After ringing up the items, he asked if I wanted a bag and I said no thank you. He clearly said as he walked away “Come back again when you have a better attitude!” I had to laugh it off because there were people dining in, but he was obviously having a bad day before I entered and I will take that but I will not be spending my money where the customer service is rude and condescending.

    Service used to be good up until starting a year ago. I blame management more than employees. They consistently run out of meatballs and since I order in the app, they are never willing to compensate me when they cannot fulfill my order. The quality of my order has also dropped recently. I'd recommend finding a different Subway location (which I will do myself) because the management has dropped the ball on this one.

    Food was way to expensive and food was cold snotty and rude and disrespectful and mean and evil and snotty people and never listen pushy and controlling and bossy people
