  Unhelpful, they were supposed to hold a package for me a week ago and did not. Had to fight with the person working the front desk to call the hub to see where it was. Always understaffed and always unhelpful

  The manager of this place was curt, unhelpful, and rude. It was the worst customer service. The company tried to deliver a package to our business location at 8:28 am on a Saturday morning (when we were closed). We followed the directions on the email tp pickup at 199 Main street, but by 248 pm Monday the package was gone. A robot would have been prefereable to deal with over the manager of this store. Avoid it if you can!

  Yesterday I had to pack and ship a parcel at FedEx downtown Burlington, and while I was trying to figure everything out, Sarah stepped in and helped me with absolutely everything. She truly went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I honestly don’t mind paying a few dollars more than their competitors when the service is this good. FedEx Burlington is top notch thanks to employees like Sarah. Highly recommend!
