  I walked in and was told I could not get a sandwich because there were too many online orders and there was only one person working. This is a management issue. This has nothing to do with any of the employees. The franchisee does not care about their workers obviously so you should not give them your money.

  The guy making the sandwiches ordered, Trevor, has awful customer service skills. I stood there for a few minutes as he swept the floor, no other customers were there, and he looked at me several times before acknowledging that I was there. It would have been nice just to get a "I'll be with you in just a minute" or something along those lines. I should have just walked out and gone to the other subway in town since when I finally was given the opportunity to order, I asked for a sandwich that is on their menu and he just stood there and looked at me as if I was stupid. The sandwich is literally on the menu as a special sandwich, with all of it's ingredients listed, not a build your own type deal and I still had to tell him how to make it. Will never go back to this location.
