  I have been here since Feb. 2026 on detail for work. In the beginning when i visited everything was fine....but I have visited twice in the last month and I have come to realize that the portions have began to decrease significantly at this store - meaning they have cut back on portion sizes of meats and toppings offered on their sandwiches and salads. Seems Management or Ownership has changed and this has changed alot how things are now operated. Example #1. Earlier this month i went in and ordered a 6" Italian Sub. Now for a sub that cost me total with tax about 11-12 dollars, the slices of meat were one slice or two slices per meat type (portion depended on the meat type). I had to ask for extra for all the toppings - onions, pickles, olives, spinach, etc as there was literally a sprinkle of each item placed on the sandwich. Example #2. A couple days ago I go in to get a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken portion they used did not even fill the scoop that they use to portion the chicken. I noted it to the employee and basically I had to order extra chicken for the meat to fill out the 6" sub I ordered. There was no more than a 1/2 palm portion of chicken before i requested extra due to the portion size given. I also had to ask for extra on the toppings as there was only 3 pieces of onion placed on the sandwich. The sub was $8 plus $2 for extra chicken. Example #3. My mom went an got a chef salad with meat on it. She even noted that there was barely any meat, lettuce or toppings she requested and the salad cost her 10+ dollars and did not even fill the container. I understand food cost are becoming more expensive for all businesses, franchise/corporate/individually owned, but if you are selling a 6" sub or salad for $9-$12, at least make the sandwich worth the price or adjust the pricing in relation to your overhead. I can go next door to Castellos and get an sub with a good portion of meat for the same price range. Sad to say that I will not venture here for future purchases as the offerings are not worth the cost. I'll drive to pantops to Jersey Mikes or order from Castellos instead.

  My husband picked up a sandwich I requested from Subway. Normally, I order the Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken, but since the BBQ sauce has been discontinued, he ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for the honey mustard on the side so the bread wouldn’t get soggy. I planned to add barbecue sauce myself when I got home. Unfortunately, this is all the honey mustard I received for a 12-inch sub. For a sandwich that costs over $10, I expected enough sauce to actually cover the sandwich. If the honey mustard had been put directly on the sub, it would have been more than what was provided in this tiny cup. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about the service or atmosphere. My disappointment is with Subway’s portion size for sauce. This amount simply isn’t enough for a footlong sandwich.

  Great friendly atmosphere. I felt like family while I ate there very warming and they serve you quickly professionally and correctly.

  I ordered 12 inch Tuna, they gave me 6 inch, it was too late to turn around. I don’t recommend this subway.
