  We took some Funko collectibles here to ship back home, and had the ladies who work here package everything up for us. I didn't realize they had already been delivered, and they sat on my porch in the rain. I was prepared to have ruined, soggy boxes, but was so happy to see that they had put each collectible box in plastic bags before they boxed them. They saved my Funkos from being soggy messes, and I can't express how grateful I am! Thank you so much to Rochelle and the other ladies there that day!!!!

  I’ve always had great experiences here and ship packages frequently. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and provides top-notch service. My only concern is the strong chemical odor from the neighboring nail salon that seems to be drifting into the UPS Store. I believe the wall between the two businesses may not be properly sealed, allowing fumes from products like acetone or acrylic chemicals to enter the store. It would be great if the property owner or management could look into the issue and have it addressed, as it has been extremely over whelming. I feel bad for the people that are working long shifts in that building. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate the staff.
