  Disappointing customer service and interaction is too nice a description. Simply asking for something to cut tape and separate boxes at the request of the employee was too much for said employee, simply stating "No." Instead, I had to use a file cabinet key that I located in front of the customer service desk, which took me several minutes. The employee certainly noticed what I was doing, but did not try to help. And, that was the highlight of the engagement.

  Just left from out of store young man working at 11:07 am have horrible customer service . Have my hand out to get receipts he just drop it on the counter then turn his back and continue what he was doing . Rude . The young lady working customer service was awesome I should have waited to go in her line

  Staff was helpful. I was also shocked by the tape charge. Was not on website and I dropped 1 box and 2 small bags and was charged $6 for tape, you would think one fee was enough. I was in a few weeks ago and didn't even need box for one return but did not see a sign for tape charge. When you only have limited time to go to store and your choice is to drive 15-20 minutes home for tape is a bit much, so like everywhere else you seem to shop you have to pay up charge for something. Not sure how justified $2 per package Merry Christmas..
