  Rick at Advance Auto went above and beyond. I walked in after having my battery die on me at the end of my work-shift and Rick, replaced my battery, and addressed a few other issues I had concerning my vehicle, he was patient and kind, he made my experience very pleasant and quick! Thank you so much Rick for going above and beyond.

  This is my "go to" place for all my auto needs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Richie always does a great job helping me find exactly what I need, and their prices beat the nearby competitors.

  Last night we had the pleasure of dealing with Rick. Not only is he knowledgeable of all products. He took the time to explain things to my husband Warren and we trusted his recommendations that we bought more items. We went to two other automotive places before going to this store. My husband was frustrated before we even walked in the door because of the other two stores. Rick took the time out to explain everything and he even ordered from another store what we needed . We had to pick up the following day. We could’ve picked these parts out first thing the next morning, but we waited until Rick came in for his shift. That is how much we trusted his opinion. Not only is his customer service phenomenal, but he also built trust in a customer. This man is very patient and his customer service skills were AMAZING. Rick should be teaching an automotive class. With his skills and knowledge. We left from going from frustrated to smiling. Thank you Rick for all of your help. Moving forward if we ever need any parts. We will go out of our way to drive to your store due to your customer skills.

  I had a great experience with the auto parts representative named Richie. He was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure I got the correct part and even installed it for me. The whole process was quick, easy, and excellent customer service. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this store.

  I stopped by advanced auto parts of Grafton this morning to get my windshield wipers replaced and Richie went above and beyond by helping me install them right away to my vehicle. I’ve been in this particular location several times and staff is always knowledgeable and very friendly and willing to help in any way. Great service, Richie!
