  This is my 3rd and last time staying here. I was in room 104. EVERY HOUR multiple times an hour doors were slamming near the front desk. I did notice it was near the front desk and employees door. I guess that’s why? The employees were going back and forth? But do you have to slam the door which was located directly across from my room? This was going on all hours in the night. I had horrible sleep. Then to add to it, a white woman with dark messy hair who worked at the front desk this morning followed me outside while my service dog was sniffing the grass in the front. She went outside and screamed across the parking lot to tell me to walk my dog by the grass on the side (which is where I was going!) This same lady was the lady who knocked on my door at 8am during my first stay to ask me at 8am if I had checked out. Obviously not, if I was sleeping and she woke me up. She said she had the wrong room. She then looked into my room and said “oh you have a dog?” I said “yes it’s a trained service dog, they were aware when I checked in.” Then during my check out, she asked me again about my service dog. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here anymore. I wrote them a review upon request after check out, they never reached out to me to try to resolve this experience.

  This hotel lived up to the hype! I had a lovely stay here. The room was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious; they have a fresh pancake maker and a kind woman walked around handing out raspberry danishes. If I'm ever in the area again, I would love to come back. For our budget, this had excellent value. Please don't inflate your prices, Best Western!

  I both want to rate this lower because I'm so annoyed and sleep deprived and higher because the room and bed is so nice. Giving a mid 3 stars because the dang ice machine kept me up off and on all night!... which was only 6 hours because I didn't arrive until 11 pm and had little time to sleep as it was. Ugh as nice as this bed and pillows are, the sleep could've been magical. Now off to drive over an hour to my next location and work a 10-hour shift on very poor sleep, the only reason I need this room. If you are at the end of the hall with an ice machine and have the energy after your drive to go back downstairs to see if they have another room, do it!

  Good location, staff was lovely, room was clean and the pool/gym were nice. Definitely a good place to stop while on the road for a long trip.

  Precisávamos de um hotel para parar perto da estrada enquanto estávamos indo para a Flórida, e adoramos a experiência! Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis e lençóis macios. O café da manhã tinha boas opções e o atendimento foi extremamente gentil e atencioso. Parabéns pelo excelente serviço!
