  To the Black woman at the front desk: My order was ready ages ago—why didn't you hand it to me? I had already shown you my name in advance, yet you simply tossed the completed order onto a shelf, even though I was standing right there at the counter.

  One of the worst experience ever, the cashier was very mean I think her name was Kayla very bad attitude, and no trash can to throw the trash. and bathroom was dirty.

  Went there 4/17 during my lunch. There was no paper towels in the bathroom and was not clean. No trash cans in the lobby area. Seen the cashier refuse to help a foreign customer with the soda machine. Other than that food was good.
