The employees are so personable, helpful, and so attentive the moment that you step into the store! I am someone who gets really anxious, especially doing returns and they always make it such a stress-free environment answering all your questions and giving you the best advice for your packages
I have been using this store for various services for years, and staff has always been efficient and helpful in past. Today got me irritated. I asked to send a FAX, the manager charged me before it was sent, and it did not work. I did receive a refund (only after asking), but after looking up the FAX error code I asked the clerk to please just pick up the handset to see if there was any static/noise on the line. He said no. I asked why he wouldn't and he said he had sent a FAX yesterday and it was working. I left irritated, came back to ask for owner's contact information, and he would not give it to me. He told me I could talk to Mark the manager, but I said no as he was the one who charged me before the FAX completed and left. The clerk then changed his story and said he had sent a FAX earlier in the day. Frustrating. Wouldn't lift a handset to listen for 3 seconds. No other customers and clerk was not doing anything.

Best customer service ever! Cleniya made my whole experience amazing from beginning to end. She was extremely patient, polite, professional, and made me laugh while helping ship my package. You can truly tell she cares about customers and takes her time to make sure everything is done correctly.
Her positive attitude, kindness, and communication made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare nowadays to find someone with such genuine energy and outstanding customer service skills. Thank you again

They used to have two nice guys working here now and now they have one. Long line. I won’t be back
Mark was awesome to deal with. He packed several large items for me and I appreciate the care taken to ship these items.
